States and Capitals Practice

Have you been keeping up with your states and capitals? As I’ve said from our first day of school, to be a true student in the United States, you have to know your surroundings! YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE STATES AND CAPITALS OF THE UNITED STATES, because the United States is where we live! Over the next few weeks, you are going to be hearing a lot about many of these states as the election draws near. Know where these important places are!

Practice will make perfect, and we’ll continue looking at these states as the year proceeds. Here’s the thing though kiddos, we aren’t going to stop there. Once we have the states down, we are going to move to the rest of the world! Geography is so important, and to be the best, you have to know more than the rest!
