Mighty Memoir All About Me Assignment

All About Me
Mighty Memoir Ivan

This is the packet for our first major project!!!

Each child will have four weeks to complete this. I’m not concerned about the photobook that they need to use. I’ve purchased them for kids in the past…and the ones that I have used have been between $1.00 and $3.00. If you would prefer not to spend any $$$ on a photo book, that’s fine. You can build one using construction paper, or card stock…or get creative!

Read the directions to find out what each page needs, or ask your child!!!

We have examples in Mr. Pete’s room if you need to see one!

Have a great day!!!

Typing Practice!!!

One of the most important skills that any student can master is keyboarding, and it’s never too soon to learn. The students will have an opportunity to take keyboarding in middle school, and while that will be a life-changing event, why wait!

You know Pete & Penland and the fifth grade pride motto: WORK HARD!

With that said, take some time this track out and beyond and play some fun games to help you with your typing! Click on the links button above, scroll down the the typing practice button, and select one of the fun games that are provided! There are several games, from Pac Man, to a car race, to…well…just about anything you can imagine!

Give it a try, and become a fantastic typist!!!
